Syncamore Privacy Policy.

Privacy Policy for Syncamore

Effective date: August 2, 2026
Last updated: August 2, 2026

Vector P&L (“Vector P&L,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Syncamore, including the Syncamore mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

This Privacy Policy explains what information Syncamore collects, how it is used and disclosed, and the choices available to users.

1. Information You Provide

Depending on the features you use, you may provide the following information:

Account information

When account access is available, we may collect information such as your name, email address, account identifier, and information received from the sign-in provider you select.

We do not receive your password from third-party identity providers such as Google. Those providers process sign-in credentials according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Product and listing information

Syncamore may process information you enter about products, including:

  • Product titles, descriptions, categories, tags, and prices
  • Materials, dimensions, condition, inventory, and shipping information
  • Stock-keeping units, barcodes, and product identifiers
  • Marketplace-specific listing fields
  • Store, vendor, and brand information
  • Custom fields and notes

Photos and other uploaded content

You may upload or capture product photographs and related files. Syncamore may process these materials to:

  • Analyze and identify visible product characteristics
  • Remove, clear, recolor, or replace image backgrounds
  • Adjust brightness, contrast, color, and presentation
  • Produce polished product images
  • Generate suggested product descriptions and listing fields
  • Prepare information for selling platforms selected by the user

Users should not upload images or content they do not have permission to use.

Workshop, labor, and cost information

If you use Syncamore’s workshop and construction-tracking features, we may process:

  • Product-construction phases and tasks
  • Time spent on production activities
  • User-selected labor rates
  • Material names and costs
  • Project notes, progress, and completion information
  • Calculated labor, material, and production costs

Connected-store information

If Syncamore offers selling-platform connections and you choose to connect a store, we may process information required to provide that connection, such as:

  • Store and account identifiers
  • Product, listing, inventory, order, or publication information
  • Authorization tokens supplied by the connected platform
  • Connection status and synchronization records

Syncamore will access connected-platform information only as necessary to provide features requested by the user. The information available will depend on the platform and permissions the user approves.

Users may also use export features without directly connecting a selling account.

Communications and support

If you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, message, screenshots, attachments, and other information you choose to provide.

2. Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Service, our systems and service providers may automatically process limited technical information, including:

  • Internet Protocol address
  • Browser, device, and operating-system information
  • App version and device identifiers
  • Date and time of access
  • Pages, screens, and features used
  • Error, security, and diagnostic logs
  • Referring URLs and general interaction information

We use this information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve Syncamore.

Syncamore does not intentionally request precise geographic location, contacts, text messages, call history, health information, or biometric identifiers unless a future feature clearly requires that information and appropriate notice and permission are provided first.

3. Artificial Intelligence Processing

Syncamore uses artificial intelligence to assist with product-image analysis, image preparation, product descriptions, and suggested listing information.

When a user requests an AI-powered feature, relevant content—such as a product image, product details, and instructions—may be transmitted to an AI-processing provider, currently including Cloudflare Workers AI, to produce the requested result.

AI-generated results may be incomplete or inaccurate. Users are responsible for reviewing descriptions, attributes, prices, compliance statements, and marketplace fields before saving, exporting, or publishing a listing.

Users should not submit sensitive personal information through product images, descriptions, notes, or AI prompts.

4. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • Provide and maintain Syncamore
  • Authenticate users and manage accounts
  • Save product records and project progress
  • Process and improve product photographs
  • Generate product descriptions and marketplace fields
  • Track labor, materials, time, and production costs
  • Create exports for selected selling platforms
  • Connect and synchronize stores when authorized
  • Process memberships and subscriptions
  • Respond to support requests
  • Detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical problems
  • Debug, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements
  • Protect the rights, safety, and property of users, Vector P&L, and others

We do not use product photos to identify people or infer sensitive personal characteristics.

5. Payments

Payments and subscription transactions may be processed by Stripe, Google Play, or another payment provider disclosed at checkout.

Payment providers may collect billing details, payment-card information, transaction information, and fraud-prevention data. Vector P&L generally does not receive complete payment-card numbers or security codes.

Payment providers process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

6. When Information Is Disclosed

We may disclose information in the following circumstances:

Service providers

We may use service providers for:

  • Website and application hosting
  • Cloud infrastructure and content delivery
  • Artificial-intelligence processing
  • Authentication
  • Payment processing
  • Data storage and security
  • Error monitoring and technical support
  • Email and customer communications

These providers may process information only as needed to perform services for us, subject to their applicable agreements and legal obligations.

Current or anticipated providers may include Cloudflare, OpenAI-hosted infrastructure, Google, Stripe, and selling platforms a user elects to connect. This list may change as the Service develops.

Selling platforms authorized by the user

If a user connects or publishes to a selling platform, Syncamore may transmit product information, images, prices, inventory details, and other selected content to that platform.

The platform’s handling of information is governed by its own privacy policy and terms.

Legal and safety purposes

We may disclose information when we reasonably believe it is necessary to:

  • Comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
  • Protect the security and integrity of the Service
  • Investigate fraud, abuse, or violations of our agreements
  • Protect the rights, property, or safety of Vector P&L, our users, or others

Business transactions

If Vector P&L is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

7. Sale of Personal Information and Advertising

Vector P&L does not sell users’ personal information for money.

Syncamore does not currently use personal information for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising. If that practice changes, this Privacy Policy and any legally required choices or disclosures will be updated before the change applies.

8. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide the Service and maintain user accounts
  • Preserve product records and user-requested projects
  • Complete transactions
  • Maintain security and prevent fraud
  • Resolve disputes
  • Satisfy legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory requirements
  • Enforce our agreements

Retention periods may vary according to the type of information and how the Service is used.

When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete, de-identify, or securely isolate it. Some information may remain temporarily in backups or be retained when required by law.

9. Account and Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their Syncamore account and associated data:

We may take reasonable steps to verify the requester’s identity before completing a deletion request.

When a verified account-deletion request is completed, we will delete or de-identify information associated with the account unless retention is reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, transaction records, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our agreements.

Deleting Syncamore does not automatically delete information held independently by Google, Stripe, a connected selling platform, or another third party. Users may need to contact those providers separately.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should protect their account credentials and notify us if they suspect unauthorized access.

11. International Processing

Vector P&L and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those locations may have privacy laws that differ from the laws where a user lives.

Where required, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

12. Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

  • Request access to personal information
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion
  • Obtain a portable copy of certain information
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent
  • Appeal certain decisions or complain to an appropriate privacy authority

To submit a request, contact [privacy@vectorpl.com]. We may need to verify your identity and may deny or limit a request where permitted by law.

Authorized agents may submit requests when allowed by applicable law and when appropriate authorization can be verified.

13. Children’s Privacy

Syncamore is intended for business and commercial users and is not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child has provided personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. A parent or guardian may contact us at [privacy@vectorpl.com].

If a higher minimum age applies in a user’s jurisdiction, users must meet that requirement to use the Service.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

Syncamore may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. Vector P&L does not control those services, and this Privacy Policy does not govern their independent privacy practices.

Users should review the privacy policies and terms of any third-party services they use or connect.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Syncamore is under active development, and its features and service providers may change.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Service, technology, law, or our business practices. The revised policy will display a new “Last updated” date.

When required by law, we will provide additional notice or request consent before a material change takes effect.
